At Livora Home Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home storage and decor purchases. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your items.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original condition (unused, unassembled, with all tags attached)
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on doormats and rugs unless they are faulty. Curtain hooks/rings that have been removed from their original packaging are also non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your item:

  1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
  3. Package your item – Securely repackage the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship your return – Send the package to our returns center at the address provided with your RMA. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will process your refund within 3-5 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty items
  • For exchanges, we will ship your new item once the return is received and processed

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item (including our shelving units, curtain poles, or storage containers), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.

International Returns

For customers outside the UK returning items:

  • You may be responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
