  • Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
    • Shipped via EMS
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary for international destinations.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Livora Home storage solutions and decor items. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in original condition (unused, unassembled, with all tags attached)
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Doormats
  • Rugs (unless faulty)
  • Curtain hooks/rings that have been removed from original packaging

How to Return an Item

  3. Package Securely – Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable service.

Refund Process
